After a decade holding strong in a low-traffic area of SOMA, Peruvian restaurant Mochica has decided to call it a day. Their space is up for lease, but their website portends a possible reopening elsewhere in the city: "Because of you, we are able to expand our operation, which is currently under construction at a new location in San Francisco. Please check back for updates on our Grand Re-Opening!!" Sister restaurant Piqueo's, in Bernal, remains open. [Tablehopper]
