Originally announced in December 2012, Franck LeClerc's Gaspar Brasserie was seriously delayed as the restaurateur dealt with the opening of Cafe Claude Marina and a bunch of chef shuffles at Gitane. But now the project in the former Hecho is back on track, with plans to seat 120 and serve brasserie classics in a dark, deep red room that LeClerc says will make Gaspar something of a big brother to his original Cafe Claude. Look for it in mid-April. [Inside Scoop]
