Hiro Sone and Lissa Doumani are known for their pricey, Asian-influenced restaurants Ame and Terra, which doesn't necessarily seem like a fit with uber-trendy Valencia. But like most restaurateurs nowadays, they're looking to expand their empire with something casual and cocktail-driven for the kids.
