Another local spirit has hit the market, this one from Christopher Cohen and Carl Bender, who've developed a 96-proof rye called Bender's Rye. Distilled and blended in Canada and processed at a local distillery, the first batch of 3,000 bottles has already made their way behind the bar at La Folie, Park Tavern, 83 Proof, the Hotsy Totsy Club and Ramen Shop.
