Hybrid pastries are all the rage, and bagel mainstay House of Bagels is getting in on the action with a new bagel/croissant crossover dubbed the "cragel". Monday marked the debut of the new breakfast snack, which is made by boiling and baking layers of croissant dough. Cragels are going for $2.95 apiece, and same goes for the cragel bread pudding option. [SF Weekly]
