Local Bartenders' Favorite Pizza and Cocktail Pairings

Sure, wine and beer are classic companions to a satisfying pizza meal. But what do you reach for when you feel like something a bit stiffer? As part of pizza week at Eater, we asked five top SF bartenders about their favorite cocktails to go with pizza, their favorite pizza joints, and their favorite pies at those restaurants. Here's what they said.
