James Syhabout's Box and Bells is now five months along over in Rockridge, and this Saturday marks the beginning of weekend brunch service at the newish spot. The menu offers options like a french-fry tortilla Espanola, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls with cardamom and pearl sugar, and an assortment of salads, plus brunch-appropriate cocktails and oysters on the half shell. A new Friday happy hour is coming into effect, too, with $1 off beer, wine, and cocktails, plus bar bites like pâtés, rillettes and more. [EBX]
