Booze News

Newish Bernal bar Holy Water is shaking things up a bit with a new feature they're called "The Eleventh Hour." Beginning at 11pm every night, the rotating series will see hard-to-find brews in magnum and growler format (examples include Mikkeller, Goose Island, and rare offerings from Russian River and Triple Voodoo). On other nights, cocktail guru John Ottman will be mixing up experimental drinks with you as his guinea pig (think instant infusions with CO2 canisters or jalapeno-infused super rare mezcals). Unique flights, more limited release beers and a focus on "bartenders choice" cocktails will also be hallmarks of the new nightly event. [EaterWire]
