The lineup for Cochon 555, to be held on Sunday, April 27 at the Ritz-Carlton, has been announced, and it's a solid one. Home chef Michael Rotondo (Parallel 37) will compete in a whole-hog cookoff against Kim Alter (Plum), David Bazirgan (the forthcoming Dirty Habit), Mark Liberman (AQ/TBD), and Richie Nakano (Hapa Ramen), with Thomas McEntee (4505 Meats) doing butchery and Dennis Lee (Namu Gaji/Smokestack) returning for a second year of BBQ.
