Two cookbooks from local chefs hit shelves yesterday: Josey Baker Bread, from The Mill's bread master of the same name, has inspired pizza parties and nude Instagrams to promote its nuts-and-bolts bread-making tutorials, while Hiro Sone and Lissa Doumani (Ame, Terra) are tackling another challenge for even the most competent home chefs with their A Visual Guide to Sushi-Making at Home. Both come from local publisher Chronicle Books, so pick 'em up. [EaterWire]
