Cold-Brew Coffee Kegs at Bars; EndGame Plots A Cafe

CASTROBlackbird now boasts a unique tap behind its bar: a keg loaded with cold-brew coffee, from a company called Joyride that primarily supplies said kegs to fancypants tech offices. Bar manager Matt Grippo uses it in a cocktail called the NOLA Iced Coffee, with bourbon, cold brew, chicory tincture, and lactart. Given the surging popularity of draft wine and draft cocktails, he likely won't be the last barman to pick one up. [EaterWire]
