After departing Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen under its new management, top local bartender Kevin Diedrich took a well-earned rest. This week, he got back in the game by joining Franck LeClerc's forthcoming Gaspar Brasserie as a consultant. Expect Cognac, Calvados, Armagnac, French aperitif, and absinthe cocktails; he'll also be working behind the bar in the early going.
