Thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, Curbside Creamery was able to move from tricycle to brick-and-mortar. Now, founder Tori Wentworth tells us she's set a planned opening date of June 1 for the shop on Temescal Alley, featuring 12 daily flavors (like malted vanilla, Thai iced tea, and ginger molasses) and ice-cream cookie sandwiches, with soft serve to be added after things get rolling. Until then, she's selling ice cream at the farmer's markets in Grand Lake on Saturdays and Temescal on Sundays. [EaterWire]
