Just two days after a Nissan Altima careened through Bar Dogwood's front window (and its occupants fled the scene), the indomitable Oakland bar has reopened for business. It's the second smashed window in a year for the popular spot, whose staff have summoned a sense of humor about the incident: they've posting a "No Parking" sign on the boarded-up window and shared a photo of owner Alexeis Filipello holding up the detached front bumper of the offending vehicle, license plate and all.
