A new sandwich shop has appeared to provide hungry Parkside residents with a tasty new option in the neighborhood. Owned by Emily Truong, Grubbin' is designed as a classic sub shop with a menu of creative combinations, from subs to chicken wings to fries and cheesy tots.

Grubbin's sandwich menu features their signature Grub Sauce (a garlic aioli spread) on seven suggestively-named items like the "Droolin'" (pastrami, salami, pepper jack cheese, spicy aioli, Grub Sauce), "Lickin'" (corned beef, Swiss cheese, sprouts, Thousand Island, Grub Sauce) and "Mouth Waterin'" (chicken tenders, spicy aioli, Ranch dressing and Grub Sauce). All sandwiches come served on a choice of bread roll topped with the usual fixins (plus pepperoncinis or jalapeños if the mood strikes), and there's a build-your-own sandwich option, too.
