Tartine Bakery has already put out three acclaimed cookbooks, and now it's sister restaurant Bar Tartine's turn. Chronicle Books will publish Nick Balla and Cortney Burns' Bar Tartine: Techniques and Recipes, co-written with longtime SF Mag food writer Jan Newberry, in the fall. And in an unusual twist, the photographer is a familiar name: Tartine baker Chad Robertson, who was also behind the lens for his own recent Tartine Book No. 3.
