FiDi bar John Colins is changing up its offering with a permanent food component called The Dojo, an expansion of their happy hour sushi pop-up. They're almost set to unveil the 20-seat sushi bar, run by Mark Hayashida (Blowfish San Jose, Google, Skool, HayaHon Catering), which will feature Japanese dishes with a fusion flair. John Colins is also adding a Special Xtra outpost that will pour Blue Bottle coffee weekdays 7:30am-4pm. [Tablehopper]
