ABV, the 16th Street cocktail bar from the Dalva and Hideout team, is getting close, with an opening target of the last week of May. They've now brought on a chef: Kevin Cimino, who was most recently Bill Niles' sous at St. Vincent, and has cooked at Bar Tartine, A16, and Commonwealth.
