New Travel Channel series Chow Masters is hosted by Vegas restaurateur Sammy DeMarco and Adam Sandler collaborator Frank Coraci (who directed The Wedding Singer and The Waterboy), so it's no surprise that a red convertible, Fieri-esque rock, and more-is-more Flavortown fare are its calling cards. But the experience was a boon for Hood Grub, The Sacred Wheel, and Dear Mom, which competed to create the quirkiest mac and cheese for the pasta-hungry judges, with entries like a Dungeness mac with Sriracha bacon, a tempura-fried mac and cheese burger, and a mac and cheese sloppy joe cooked in a panini press.
