It came down to the wire with its reopening (which is set for next Tuesday), but the Big 4 has finally brought on a new chef: Kevin Scott, who's cooked at Paragon, Bar Jules, and Hog Island Oyster Bar. Because of the late addition, his menu won't actually launch until May 23; new managers the Puccini Group will have a fill-in menu in the meantime, on which he'll iterate. [Tablehopper]
