DOWNTOWN OAKLANDTribune Tavern is one year old tomorrow night, and they're celebrating with $1 "guilty fries" (a poutine variant), drink specials, and DJs from 5 pm onward. Reporters should take note: in honor of the building's newspaper roots, the first 50 media employees, with business cards, to drop by will get a free drink. [EaterWire]
