Ike's Place has been on an unstoppable expansion tear, drawing big crowds everywhere they go, so it's definitely a surprise to see they're getting the boot at Stanford, where the student crowd would seemingly be an ideal fit. Citing "community wishes and needs...on pricing and wait times," Stanford has turned over Ike's space to a new vendor; it'll close on June 15th. Owner Ike Shehadeh, undaunted, is on the hunt for a new space in Palo Alto. [EaterWire]
