A new and unambiguously-named crawfish joint has appeared in Berkeley, taking the space from the former fro-yo outlet Frozen Creations. Called Amazing Crab, it's a cajun-style spot that aims to cater to students and casual diners looking to get their crawfish and crab boil on (and yes, they have the signature crawfish bibs on hand for diners to don before digging in).

The new spot boasts a menu of classics like clams and shrimp in cajun sauce, whole boiled crab, spinach and cheese soufflé and more alongside cajun fries and sides like corn on the cob. Six beers on tap are on hand to wash it all down, covering the basics with brews like Big Daddy IPA, Trumer Pils and Rolling Rock.

Hours for the new spot are Monday to Thursday, 11am to 10pm, Friday 11am to 11pm, Saturday 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday 12pm to 10pm.
