Chef Shuffles

There's a new chef in the kitchen at St. Helena's Press, where Trevor Kunk has taken over. He's coming off a ten year stint at Blue Hill New York, mostly recently as Dan Barber's chef de cuisine. Now, Kunk will be furthering his interest in connecting with local farms and meat providers out West, with menu changes on the way. [Inside Scoop]
