As James Syhabout's fourth project, The Dock at Linden Street, nears completion, he's chosen a new chef to head up the kitchen: Raiden Brenner, Box & Bells' current sous chef. Syhabout likes to promote from within, having given Benjamin Coe, an alum of his Commis, the top job at Box & Bells. We'll have more on Brenner's menu plans and an official opening date soon, but expect The Dock to tie up in early June. [Instagram]
