The Juice Shop's adorable green-and-white truck has been a fixture at the Proxy Project, but they've decided to put it in park: it'll become the Juice Box, a shed next door to Ritual Coffee, in the next week or two. Meanwhile, fellow juicery Happy Moose Juice is also moving into Hayes Valley, with a new pop-up that launched today at Two Sisters Bar & Books.
