Adam Mesnick of Deli Board and 1058 Hoagie has announced big changes to the latter sandwich shop, which has been putting on a weekly Jewish deli pop-up since February. Now, he's changing the whole shop over to the Jewish concept and renaming it Rye Project. It'll have pastrami and corned beef on rye, bagels straight from New York, a white fish salad platter and more. And for those who'll miss the old hoagie shop, Mesnick hints that it may not be gone for good. [Tablehopper]
