The Palace is a steakhouse (albeit an unusual one) by night, but it's going heavily Venezuelan at its new weekend brunch, which launches tomorrow. Manny Torres Gimenez will be dishing up a smoked pork chop benedict (!), Wagyu beef tartare, and mimosas made with tropical juices (maracuya, lulo, mora, or guanabana). And of course, there are arepas, both savory (egg/onion/tomato), and sweet (dulce de leche/fruit/queso fresco). Catch it from 10 am-1:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday. [EaterWire]
