Aveline and The European, the restaurant and bar from chef Casey Thompson and bartender Adam Wilson, were slightly delayed from their original opening plan of mid-May, but they've finally set a debut date: next Friday, June 6. Expect cocktails like the Violet Fizz (gin, cream, raspberry, seltzer) and dishes like Iberico pork with buttermilk curd, green tomato jelly, and ranch consommé.
