The 50 Eater Young Guns semifinalists were announced earlier this year, and now Eater National is introducing them one by one to a national audience. First up for the Bay Area: Coi pastry chef Nick Muncy, who's taken the pastry reins of a two-Michelin-star restaurant at the tender age of 25. Muncy's boss, for one, is impressed: "His work ethic, attention to detail, and creativity are a vital part of our kitchen," says Daniel Patterson. [~ EN ~]
