It's a bit of a game of musical chefs at the Daniel Patterson Group lately: now that Kim Alter, former chef of Haven, is firmly installed as chef at Plum, Plum's opening chef, Charlie Parker, has returned to the group after three years...to be the chef at Haven. Parker was a Chron Rising Star chef and most recently earned a lot of L.A. acclaim running Freddy Smalls, so it's exciting to have him back.
