Bluxome Masters and Makers; Taste of Potrero Returns

SOMA—Bluxome Street Winery is this week's hotspot, with a Masters & Makers event tonight that follows up this weekend's South of the Slot block party. Tonight's event is in honor of SF Made Week 2014: it'll be a free gathering of mini-workshops on topics from DIY cheese to printmaking to pickling, plus food trucks and booze tastings. MISSIONTaste of Potrero, the food-focused fundraiser that benefits Daniel Webster Elementary School, will take place this Thursday at NWBLK (1999 Bryant). From 6pm to 11pm, sample cocktails from the likes of Beretta, Trick Dog, Comstock Saloon and more, and enjoy bites from Lolinda, Piccino, Starbelly, Serpentine and many more.
