Swanky hotel The St. Regis has named a new executive chef in the form of Olivier Belliard, an internationally-sourced hospitality veteran who's coming off a string of appointments in places like France, Thailand, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Mauritius.
