Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski of State Bird Provisions are known for their James Beard Award-winning restaurant (and long lines of hungry diners). But there's another side to the dynamic duo, as revealed in a video by Vice's food section, Munchies. Watch as the two chef/owners journey through a night of cooking at SBP, visit with Ramen Shop's Sam White, Rayniel Deguzman and Jerry Jaksich, and discuss tampon pins and juggalos over fried rice, donburi and more. They then make a stop at Amnesia for music and shots with owner Shawn Magee, and assemble a posse to return to their restaurant for a late-night feast. "We've had a hell of a night, and now I can't wait to pull that oxtail curry out of the oven." All in a day's work.
