Pabu, The Ramen Bar Set Dates; Cosentino's Name Game

FINANCIAL DISTRICT—After some delays, the launch dates have been set for Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga's Pabu and The Ramen Bar at 101 California: ramen will launch June 30, with Pabu following on July 1. Unfortunately, it'll be the only Pabu going, as the Baltimore location is set to shutter. [Inside Scoop]

SOMA—While Chris Cosentino has managed to stay tight-lipped on his upcoming project in the former Zuppa space, Tablehopper did manage to suss out the name. It'll be called Cockscomb. Apparently, cockscombs are edible, so maybe they'll be on the menu? [Tablehopper]

SOMA—Also playing the name game right down the street: Saison somm Mark Bright, who says his upcoming wine bar and cafe will be called Les Clos. (It's a reference to single-vineyard sites in France.) [Inside Scoop]

SAN FRANCISCO—If you're rooting for the U.S. or Mexico in the World Cup, add another spot to your hit list: every Tacolicious location will be open for any game played by those two teams, starting with tomorrow's 9 am Mexico match against Cameroon. They'll open at 8:30 with a full brunch menu, plus boozy coffee and micheladas. [EaterWire]
