Pabu, The Ramen Bar Set Dates; Cosentino's Name Game

FINANCIAL DISTRICT—After some delays, the launch dates have been set for Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga's Pabu and The Ramen Bar at 101 California: ramen will launch June 30, with Pabu following on July 1. SOMA—While Chris Cosentino has managed to stay tight-lipped on his upcoming project in the former Zuppa space, Tablehopper did manage to suss out the name. It'll be called Cockscomb. Apparently, cockscombs are edible, so maybe they'll be on the menu? [Tablehopper]
