Urchin Next for Wo Hing Space; Oakland's Drinking Cred

MISSION—The takeover of the former Wo Hing General Store space by Ame's Lissa Doumani and Hiro Sone is almost here, and they now have a name for the new spot. It'll be called Urchin, and will be a casual bistro-style restaurant with an August opening target. [Inside Scoop]

OAKLAND—San Francisco may be a pretty boozy town, but our neighbors to the east are no slouches: according to data from Breathalyzer device BACtrack, Oakland is tied with Dallas for the highest average BAC ratings in the nation. Just remember to take BART, people. [~ EN ~]
