"A small, out-of-the-way restaurant that has such refinement and integrity that it makes you want to share the discovery with the world," Mill Valley's Molina utterly won over Bauer, who gave it a rave review. "Simple but sublime" dishes include a "pristine" smoked-trout salad, rib-eye, and halibut, and Bauer even digs the vintage vinyl spun by chef Todd Shoberg as he works. "It's quirky and exhilarating - a very personal restaurant and a very personal venue." Three stars, and 3.5 for food. [Chron]
