Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga's Pabu and The Ramen Bar are almost here (they arrive on July 1 and June 30, respectively), and the dynamic duo have brought on a chef to help run both ships: Paul Piscopo, who previously was in the hotel world as executive chef at the St. Regis and the W. As executive chef and culinary manager, Piscopo will handle the two restaurants' day-to-day under Tominaga, who has his Hana Japanese Restaurant in Rohnert Park to manage as well. [Tablehopper]
