Three weeks after the horrific murder of Napa restaurateur Eiko Nakamura, a crime for which her husband has been charged, her business partner Rick Zaslove is opening a second location of their restaurant in what he says is a tribute to her. Eiko's Seafood Market & Sushi Bar will debut in the Oxbow Public Market this fall, with a sushi bar and grab-and-go bites. "It will be named after Eiko in honor of her many years of service to the Napa community and her friendship to my family and me," says Zaslove. [Inside Scoop]
