Could the long-vacant (and completely gorgeous) Hibernia Bank building at Jones and Market become a nightclub? Socketsite says it's certainly a maybe: according to at least one permit underway, the building is being classified as such. It's currently in the midst of a $4 million renovation to preserve its historic status, complete with decorative marble and stained glass. Nothing, including a potential owner for the club, is confirmed, but given the renovations going down at the neighboring Renoir Hotel, it's certainly a possibility. [Socketsite]
