Long the city's source for organic produce, bulk goodies, and vegan substitutes of all stripes, Rainbow Grocery is now moving into the coffee-bar game. Their current renovation will include a small coffee shop and garden area at 13th and Folsom, serving Stumptown espresso, tea from their bulk selection, and "creative lattes."
