Hayes Valley, San Francisco's dessert epicenter, can add another tempting treat to its ranks. The first local location of Spanish chain Papabubble is now open, offering hand-twisted hard candies in flavors like cherry, grapefruit-basil, and lime-chili-salt. They're able to make specially designed candies for companies and events, but we can't imagine any of them will be quite as special as the NSFW lollipop they came up with for Pride. [Hoodline]
