The latest spot on Bauer's throwback tour is the Sand Dollar, which has been feeding Stinson Beach since 1921. "It could easily be a tourist trap, but the owners have kept a local vibe, with a broad menu that suits everyone." His favorite dishes include "some of the best oysters I remember" (they were Marin Miyagis), and "you can order anything with fresh fish and know that it will be simply prepared and fresh." Don't miss the mud pie for dessert, either. [Inside Scoop]
