Amanda Freitag, the popular Chopped judge and Next Iron Chef contestant behind NYC's Empire Diner, is swinging into town on Sunday for a pop-up at Wise Sons Deli. She, Leo Beckerman, and Evan Bloom will be offering a collaborative "Diner Meets Deli" menu, with treats like corned-beef chili cheese fries, a pastrami Monte Cristo, chicken-fried schnitzel, and a banana split.
