Berkeley's Sketch Ice Cream had a rebirth in 2012, when owners Eric Shelton and Ruthie Planar-Shelton decided to revive their soft-serve shop after shuttering it for family-related reasons. But now they're closing it again—for good, and for the same reason. "Our hope is that through this, our daughter will see the importance of prioritizing family," the couple wrote on Facebook.
