Bauer is definitely having a love affair with the Bar Agricole folks; just two months after he elevated the mothership to three stars, he's bestowed the same rating on sister spot Trou Normand. "The food embraces you like a warm hug," particularly Salvatore Cracco's "meticulously crafted" charcuterie, "the soul of the menu," and "excellent" roast pork.
