Chef Shuffles

As the Mina Group throws open the doors at Pabu and The Ramen Bar, a chef shakeup has gone down at nearby SF property Bourbon Steak: executive chef Omri Aflalo has departed. His replacement is Pajo Bruich (right), a Benu alum who earned tons of acclaim at the now-closed Enotria in Sacramento, which the Sacramento Bee named the best restaurant in the city.
