Last week, Quince announced that it'd be taking a summer break beginning on July 25th to do some serious renovations to its interior, which will involve shaking up both the decor and the menus. While casual sister restaurant Cotogna will remain open, that leaves a gap for Michael and Lindsay Tusk to ply their fine-dining trade. So the couple have decided to do a five-week residency, entitled curATE, housed in Jackson Square neighbor Hedge Gallery. Designer Stanlee Gatti will transform Hedge's display space into a fancy dining room, with each week bringing artwork curated by a different local gallery, and a menu to match.
