Now that The Dock at Linden Street is well underway, James Syhabout is beefing up its more casual beer-garden component, The Beer Shed. Trappist alum Ray Hsieh is helping curate the beer list, with a killer bottle selection to complement the Linden Street-heavy drafts. And the menu has been expanded, with plans to offer brunchier bites like tartines and grilled-cheese sandwiches on Saturdays, beginning August 2nd.
