Hapa Ramen Hits Trick Dog; ShareTable Now at Linea

THE MISSION—Hot on the heels of its Chris Kronner pop-up, Trick Dog is going for round two, welcoming Hapa Ramen's Richie Nakano into the fold for a one-night-only appearance next Monday, July 7. They'll have ramen, of course, and various sides in the $5 range. It kicks off at 6 pm. [EaterWire]

THE MISSION—Remember ShareTable, the gift certificate program started by Mission Chinese Food's Anthony Myint and Karen Leibowitz that benefits the SF Food Bank? They're still up and running online, and you can also now buy their $50 gift certificates at Linea Caffe. The participating restaurants include much of the Eater 38: Ame, Aziza, Bar Agricole, Boulevard, Camino, Coi, Commonwealth, Cotogna, Delfina, Foreign Cinema, Frances, Humphry Slocombe, Ichi Sushi, Jardiniere, Locanda, Mission Chinese Food, Namu Gaji, Nopa, Nopalito, Outerlands, Pizzeria Delfina, Prospect, Quince, Rich Table, and State Bird Provisions. $5 from each purchase, enough to feed 15 people, goes to the Food Bank. THE EMBARCADERO—There's a new chef at Americano and the Hotel Vitale: Josua Perez, who's been a sous chef there since 2007 and also cooked at Absinthe, Firefly, and Zuni Cafe. No word on where his predecessor, certified hottie Kory Stewart, is off to. [EaterWire]

OAKLANDJosiah Baldivino and Stevie Stacionis' wine shop/bar Bay Grape is still forthcoming to Adams Point (expect it next month), but eager neighbors can get in on the ground floor of their new CSA, which will include recipes and paired bottles of wine from the sommelier duo. [EaterWire]
